1. NORTH BRANCH: West Virginia (1st.) CFB Commercial Power plant on line using Bituminous Gob.(waste coal) 88 MW. Sold to Virginia Power.
2. WICCACON PROJECT: Qualifying Facility under PURPA Regulations 5MW or less build in North Carolina. Sold to Virginia Power.
3. TILLERY PRISON: North Carolina. Stream Plant built to supply process steam to the prison farm cannery. Conceived, Designed, Constructed, Financed , Sold to State of North Carolina Prison System.
4. CORNERSTONE POWER PROJECT: Georgia 6 x LM 6000 GE CT – 300MW Gas fired simple cycle peaking generation.
5. PROJECT: Virginia – Development and engineering for 150 MW coal fired cogeneration plant with process steam to a food processing facility.
6. CHICKEN FACILITY: North Carolina 5MW gas fired steam cogeneration. Preliminary engineering. Sold project back to the electric utility.
7. CARMI PROJECT: Illinois, mine mouth, under Development 400 MW Clean Coal Technology. (Project on hold waiting for new environmental compliance rules).
8. WHITAKER POWER PROJECT: Pennsylvania 135 MW Gas Fired Turbines in Combined Cycle 2 x LM 6000,up dating air permit, reviewing interconnect study, negotiating power purchase agreement, preparing for 2020 Commercial operations.
9. LEWISTON WOODVILLE: North Carolina 20 MW Biomass fired small power production facility. Certificate of Convenience and Necessity in place, Site control, fuel supply completed, negotiating Power Purchase Agreement.
10. ALP GENERATION: 20 MW Biomass fired small power production facility. Certificate of Convenience and Necessity, Site control, fuel supply, negotiated Power Purchase Agreement, negotiated, water supply with local government, expected commercial operations date last quarter of 2019.
11. OLD WEBB'S MILL HYDRO: 350kW Flume turbine renovation – permitting Power Purchase Agreement,- Certificate of convenience and necessity, completed commercial operation second quarter of 2015.
12. SALTERS PROJECT: South Carolina Wood fired boiler technology. PPA completed with Utility 20 MW. Air permit completed, negotiating Steam supply to Federal Prison.
13. BIO – GAS: fueled 5MW piston driven generator small power production facility in North Carolina, Negotiating with landfill for sale of LFG.
14. CHARRO WIND PROJECT: QF 17-572 000 20 MW vertical WinStax technology turbines. ,Actively negotiating PPA with Utility. Expected operations date second quarter 2019.
15. PAPER CORPORATION: Signed CONFIDENTIALITY-NON CIRCUMVENT, NON COMPETE AGREEMENT 3-06-2017. Engineering,Manufacture of tissue and toilet paper. Operation and maintenance. Supplying financing.
16. CHARRO GAS CHP: recuperating Caterpillar 3516 engines to produce 20 MW of Electric generation to Utility and steam to Patriot Bio-Energy Greenhouses.
17. EDG INTERNATIONAL: 225 MW Gas combined cycle, PPA in negotiations, all permits for construction identified, air quality being prepared, negotiations on financing for construction. Project to begin on completion on funding.
18. PUMP STORAGE WATER TREATMENT FACILITY: Asia. Engineering Complete, Negotiating Sovereign Guarantee with Host Country.
19. UTILITY: 600mW Super Critical Coal Fired Technology. We represent the seller and are furnishing financing for buyer. Completion expected by August 2017.
20. AMERICAN CLEAN COAL GENERATION: 450 MW coal reactor using latest clean coal technology engineering. Site under control. Fuel supply for 25 year term of project dedicated. Negotiating Power Purchase Agreement.
